These classes are compulsory for all full -competitive athletes who are chosen as a flyer in a team. Any athlete can add a flight school class to their enrolment. These classes focus on flexibility, body control, core strength and flyer body positions. It is extremely important for flyers to have stability in the air and these classes have proven to be the key for flyer success. They are perfect for any cheer or dance athlete wanting to improve overall flexibility.
